Order Processing Times
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
- Hazardous Materials: Orders containing hazardous materials (e.g., pressurized fire extinguishers) may require specific processing times due to compliance with shipping regulations.

Important: Due to regulations, hazardous materials can only be shipped via ground services. Air shipping is not available for these items.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping for hazardous materials due to regulatory restrictions. For non-hazardous items, please contact us at info@safetypluswholesale.com to inquire about international shipping options.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $300 (excluding hazardous materials).
- Hazardous Materials Surcharge: An additional fee may apply to cover special handling and compliance requirements.
Shipping Hazardous Materials
Our products, such as fire extinguishers, are classified as hazardous materials. We comply with all applicable regulations, including:
- Packaging: All hazardous materials are packaged according to the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and International Air Transport Association (IATA) guidelines.
- Labeling: Packages are labeled with appropriate hazard warnings and handling instructions.
- Documentation: Necessary shipping documents, such as Safety Data Sheets (SDS), are included as required.
Note: Hazardous materials cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@safetypluswholesale.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
